A little bit about me
In 2024, I joined Vera Bradley & worked under lead surface designers creating new print concepts, editing layout of existing prints, redrawing old heritage prints to be compatible with modern production, recoloring prints, color-reducing prints, resizing prints to be compatible with various home & wearable products, and prepared prints to be sent out to mills.
From 2020-2024, I worked in Product Development at Loloi Rugs. My responsibilities included color and quality selection, new CAD development & edits, CADs all sizes for rug collections, communication with overseas venders, as well as communication with brands.
In December 2020, I graduated from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising with an Associate of Arts Professional Designation in Textile Design. I received my bachelor’s in Visual Communications Design from Purdue University in May of 2019.
As a designer, I enjoy the process of editing - whether it be a mood board, a color palette or a CAD - and making something harmonious. This, combined with a general love for all things design, spurs me on to keep growing and learning from my mistakes.
Besides design, my goals in life include my relationship with family and friends, living a balanced, healthy lifestyle, and fully experiencing every moment that life offers me.
